In order to control the quality of raw material, first we have classified the using part, degree of importance & influence of product quality; secondly, as to different degree, our company have standard regulations of sampling inspection, and make production test of each arrival to insure there isn’t any problem when used in each process; at the same time, our company have perfect management system of suppliers, conducting quantity control of suppliers according to different degree of raw material to insure the stability & selectable of supply state, and make dynamic management by scoring of suppliers at daily work.
